Dim sum guinea pig

My colleague Karim Amara and I went out to dim sum with Contra Costa Times Food Editor Nicholas Boer for his Stalking the Feast column.
I recently introduced Karim to dim sum, and for Nicholas, our outing to Chang Luong in Concord was his first time. We tried Tin’s Tea House in Walnut Creek a week later.
